Time Clock is an internal Chrome extension made by Faithful Journey Counseling LLC for use by its employees only.

Information we collect: the employee's name and work email address, and the date and time of each clock-in and clock-out. If PIN sign-in is used, the employee's name and PIN are stored on their own computer, in Chrome's extension storage, so they stay signed in.

How it's used: only to record hours worked and to show employees their own hour totals. The information is used for payroll and internal record-keeping.

Where it's stored: in Faithful Journey Counseling's private Google Workspace account (Google Sheets). Only authorized managers can see it.

Sharing: we do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Retention: time records are kept as long as required for payroll and employment record-keeping.
